I have been a member for many years but today, Sarah Sharp went far and above just good service. We went in just to get a couple of printouts. Sarah not only gave those to us but spent a significant amount of time to explain them and helped us to get the right type of notary form and service. I have followed Sarah across multiple branches even when they aren't quite as convenient a location just because I know whatever I need will be done right.

It was a great pleasure working with Griselda today. I know her from my other job and she has always said how great you guys are and the care for your members that made me decide come open an account today. She did an amazing job explaining everything to me that I opened different accounts. She was friendly and patient. Her manager Jake was also very nice.
