Secured Title of Texas

I have worked with five different title companies and this is by far the worst one I have ever dealt with. The communication on their part is absolutely terrible. One of the many issues was that they watsed our time by having us sign closing documents twice without getting proper confirmation of when the seller would sign. And then when we asked back for our large down payment after three weeks, since the seller still didn't sign, they (Krisha Murphy) made it seem like we were the issue. She made many excuses about being very busy but clearly had a lot of time to write rude emails. I definitely would not recommend anyone use them.

We deal with several title companies all over Texas and Krisha Murphy and her office hands down Handel every transaction with top notch attention to detail. They do things other title companies push off to clients to Handel just to go the extra mile. Service is always a priority for them, Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. Everyone there was very helpful every time I had a question. I have to give major kudos to Krisha though. She is amazing and made my client feel so much more at ease about the transaction. Thank y'all so much!
