Second Opinion Home Inspection of New England was chosen by my realtor as being the best. He did not disappoint. He was on-time and very detailed. He took his time looked at everthing then walked me through each of the findings. He also provided some general guidance on improvements to consider for the future. The report was provided quickly and extremely detailed with lots of photos. As a result of his inspection I got ~$10k in repairs completed before I closed on the house. John did our home inspection prior to closing on our house. It was clear from the start he has a lot of experience and knowledge. He was thorough and clear on what he was inspecting. He worked top to bottom, outside in, and explained everything he found to us as well as what issues may arise and how we can address them. My partner and I were buying our first home, so he took extra time to make sure we understood all aspects of the inspection while we were at the property. When we received the report, it was comprehensive and easy to understand. John also made it clear we could reach out with any further questions we had after reading the report.
