(2021-2022) A review that should’ve been posted. But looks to me to be still be applied from recent reviews! Joe Horgan. Is a man I miss, the entire management group as well. Currently, I’m going thru a tough management team ( moved to another place) and I dream of having the communication skills I had with that entire team and their recommendations for professionals when cleaning up was efficient and truly affordable (old chill carpet guy with unbeatable rates) was appreciated. point3 and Joe are a fantastic team to work with and ever I dream to work with them again. I had a bad tub, they immediately took action. <3

I had a great experience working with Elliott at Seattle Rental Group. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my apartment search. He went out of his way to tour West Edge on my behalf and provided thoughtful, honest feedback, which was incredibly useful while I was evaluating different options. Even though I ultimately decided to go with a different property, Elliott was supportive the entire time and never applied pressure. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable about Seattle rentals, deeply familiar with the surrounding neighborhoods, and actually takes the time to help you make an informed decision, I’d definitely recommend Elliott and Seattle Rental Group.

Sam Benton was amazing! She understood my needs and put together a list of available rentals in the area that matched those needs. She handled all of the scheduling for tours and provided a lot of valuable knowledge on different neighborhoods and surrounding areas.

We have been working with Joe Horgan for over 10 years and he has always been right on top of everything for all of our rental management needs. He is accurate and timely and is up to speed on the ever-changing legal environment as it pertains to managing rental properties.
