Seasons On City Creek Apartments

This place is a great and affordable place to live downtown. It has amazing underground parking, a huge dog park with a great community of dog owners. The move in experience was great! The management was very easy to communicate with and was always available to answer questions I had. I would like to commend Garret and Regie for their exceptional service as property managers. I’ve never felt more welcome at an apartment and confident with the management than I have here.

Living at Seasons on City Creek has been such a great experience. The building is clean, secure, and in the perfect location—close to everything! But what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Garrett and Regie are amazing. They’re always friendly, quick to help, and make sure every concern is handled professionally. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. Because of them, everything feels smoother and more welcoming. I highly recommend living here. Great place, great team, and an overall great community!

This apartment building is super reasonably priced, walking distance to so many amazing places downtown, and always felt safe, quiet, and clean. I lived here for 4 years and can say this most recent property management is the best of the best. Garret & Regie are so kind, professional, and on top of everything. The maintenance team is super friendly, quick, and hard working. Very happy with my time here!

I’ve had an amazing experience at Seasons on City Creek Apartments! The community is clean, secure, and beautifully maintained, and the location is incredibly convenient. Worst place to live. I had a friend who lived there and had to pay a lot for everything. She did not have the privilege of the internet if she did not pay an extra fee. They make you sign a contract telling you that you will have everything you need, but they actually lied to you and when you go to complain they ignore you because you already sign a contract and the small print says that you will have to pay tons of money to get off the contract. In addition if someone call to find out about the Equal Housing opportunity options they are supposed to let you about as per law of the state then they hang up on you several time without any respect for you or your situation. Do not sign a contract with this people. They only go after your money!! Be really careful!!
