I want to take a moment to share how grateful I am for my experience at Seasons 704 Apartments. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. I have been to many other apartment complex and they have been rude, Absent minded, etc. So I truly appreciate the care and professionalism they have given me. I’m especially thankful for Fauda. She managed everything with such readiness, urgency, and respect. Her communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring, which made the entire process smooth and stress free. Everything I have addressed they have taken care of within the next hour. If I could give negative STARS I would! ***DONT MOVE HERE*** They have a really bad CAT INFESTATION!!!! It’s a law not to feed wild cats but some residents do! Who wants to live in the AMAZON?! While feeding the cats of course they attract other wild animals. The office sends out notice not to feed the cats but residents are not listening! Multiple photos & videos have been shown on which neighbors are doing this. Now we have RACCOONS walking our stairs, blocking your front door, & blocking the stairs! NO CONSEQUENCES for those that keeps violating the notices of not to feed the wild animals! Always poop in the hallways, on the stairs & side walks! These CATS keeps breeding so you can only imagine how bad this INFESTATION is! It’s so bad residents are complaining the cats will try to run i

I love my apartment here at seasons 704! The maintenance is so fast- usually same day and the staff is amazing! I would 100% recommend living here. Great price for what you get! Also, the re-signing process is SO easy.

Do not recommend moving here!! RACCOONS AND RATS EVERYWHERE. The maintenance office is vulgar and inattentive. They get multiple complaints about the same problem and never fix it. If you have questions or concerns they act oblivious and never give a direct answer or help in any way. They change the office hours frequently to allow themselves not to be bothered. Shown is the “gated community” but the gate is never working. The rent that is told to you originally will not be the consistent rent you pay, it will go up in a matter of months. NOT TO MENTION THE ENORMOUS RACCOON AND RAT PROBLEM. There has been raccoons and rats in the apartments attic and everywhere else that haven’t been attended too even after being told multiple times and shown video proof. The maintenance team is absolutely amazing! I put in a request to have my bathroom light fixed and Ariel came so quick and had it all fixed up in under an hour! He did an awesome job and was very polite and friendly! 10/10 Thank you Ariel!!
