Seascape Pointe Townhome Apartments

I have had a wonderful experience with Seascape apartments. Oriana has been super helpful in the process of renting. She is always available to answer questions and concerns. She replies to all my emails and provides me the feedback I need. I am very much looking forward to moving into the development. I think we will really love living here. Property is well kept and it’s private and off the main roads but close to everything you could possibly need.

Seascape has been my home for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier. The office staff has always been super friendly and helpful from the moving in process and to any issues that have come up. Their maintenance team is top notch. All of the maintenance employees are so nice, they always play and give attention to my dog when they have had to come to my unit. They are also very quick to respond to any maintenance issues. The grounds are always well kept and it’s pretty quiet on my street I have not had any issues at all. The rent is also cheaper than anywhere else I was looking for a 3/2 1/2 .

Oriana Martínez at the leasing office was absolutely amazing. She helped me throughout the entire application process and made everything smooth and stress-free. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. Her customer service truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend working with Oriana Martínez!

The staff at Seascape Pointe Apts are very courteous and detailed in explaining the rental process. They were very helpful in getting us our desired home! You will not be disappointed Seascape. Excellent service!!
