Seagrass Apartment Homes

We are new to Jacksonville (family of 4, including 2 toddlers & 2 pups) We did lots of research on best areas to live & our budget landed us in Seagrass Apts. I was a little resistant to moving into an apt, but this has been such a wonderful change. The property is kept up very well. Maintenance is so helpful, friendly, and very prompt! The ladies in the office always make me feel so welcome when I pop into the office to ask random questions, trying to get settled. My kids adore the playground, which happens to be right next door to the dog park so bringing the whole family out for some fun is so easy. And a wonderful bonus is that our kids go to the elementary school right next door so we can walk to school on those nice sunny days. I really love it here. They also lease out bikes here fo

Good: -Maintenance: it was quick and good. They usually showed up the same day. -Landscaping: the complex looks. They put a lot of effort in keeping it clean. OK: -Location: is close to the beach but you still need a car to get there. There are schools close by so the streets in the morning and afternoons it gets crowded -Rent: its on the higher end. Not sure if its justified for what your getting Bad: -Many renters have dogs, it feels like a animal shelter. You can hear the dogs barking all the time -The renting requirements are low so pretty much anybody can rent there. Some apt are overcrowded and in other people throw parties. Overall, its ok A lot will depend on who your neighbors are. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. The staff just wants to fill up the apartments.

I still waiting for pest control! Outside is so infested of fleece. I used to do yoga,on the grass with my mat. And my pet got so infested. I live in the first floor. My balcony is infested of flees, from outside. Pets control comes twice per year. It is no enough.!! We paid per pest control. New Manager please can you do something about it! I am very disappointed

Worst managment i have ever had to deal with. I call the office over and over agian. No one will answer then I go up to the office and the employee's will be standing around talking or on the phone texting. Also the grass is brown because they have not fixed the leaking irrigation system in over a year. But we still get charged for the water being used. Makes no sense. Highly recommend any other apartment besides this one!
