Seaglass Apartments & Townhomes

I've had a great experience living at Seaglass apartments and townhomes. The apartments are well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I've submitted were handled quickly and efficiently. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The pool is kept up really nice and is a definite plus. Overall, it's a quiet, comfortable, and well-managed place to live!

Great community, great complex! Gated, good security patrols, great front desk and host services, easy online payments and extremely helpful staff to accommodate any need. I'm military, and I couldn't have found a better spot for travel to and from base! Great travel time, easy drive. A lot of military folks around, and for good reason! Very military friendly, with visiting food trucks and a great pool for studs to relax at. Primary and Advanced Flight school stud certified place to live!

I recently toured Seaglass apartments, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The leasing team was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and provided great insight into the community. The cleanliness of the property stood out the most—everything from the lobby to the common areas and model units was spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear that the management takes pride in keeping the community in top shape. I also had the chance to meet the two maintenance workers, and they were just as friendly and professional.
