We rented a warehouse in Lauderhill, FL from them. The rent started in January 2018 and we had the right to terminate the lease after 24 months without any penalties. That’s what we did, we sent them the 90 day notice before vacating that they required and after all the inspections we left the warehouse in perfect conditions in January 31st 2020 as agreed by everyone. We NEVER received the $6,000 security deposit back. I’ve talking to Maria Frances (Seagis) and Jan Stolow (realtor) for the past month but they are refusing to give me my Security Deposit back. It’s a LOT of money. Don’t rent from this company !! They are not honest and they will take your money !!
Thieves!!! Do not rent from this company, because they will assess extra exuberant fees in the middle of your lease. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! There tactics are to BULLY and take advantage of the hard working tenants. GREEDY.
the worth, every month has a increase....... please check your contract with a lawyer, i will never rent again from them
