Seagate Village Sales Office

I’m very interested in renting a one bedroom as it’s only me and my “boy”. I love being by the dog park for my “boy”. I’m not a big fan of market commons but definitely fan of the State Park. One woman was in office but owner’s rent on their own. Might be more difficult than I thought to rent there. Hopefully not!!

Christie is the best ! Always very king and helpful . Seagate is a great place to call home ! During the Hurricane Matthew ,Christie's email updates was very helpful to me as to what was going on in our community to keep us safe. Wonderful job as always!!!😊

Stayed there in January as a winter rental an they have been sand blasting EVERY DAY ,m- f 8:00-12 and from 1-4:30 very noisy can't sleep later than 8 am. We were not told about the work going on on the hotel otherwise we would have gone to another hotel. Also our balcony has been bolted shut from the outside, and we have not been able to open it or go out on the balcony. They need to inform guest of these things going on in there hotel while booking the room. Very disappointed about the noise and the mess they are making.

Christie is extremely helpful no matter what thr situation. I love living here and need to start participating, in all the wonderful activities that are offered. For the person who's rewiew said, that all old people live here. If thats the case? Why do so many school bussess, drive through Seagate?
