Seagate Rental Company

By far one of the worst company’s I’ve rented through. Rented for 2 years with my fiancé and with our security deposit got deducted for saying that they had to replace a deadbolt that worked perfectly fine for the 2 whole years we lived there. Also management was very hard to get a hold of and also got threatened to be evicted, a few months before deciding to move, because they lost a check. Just pure chaos… enjoyed where we lived for the most part but not worth it to deal with who owns and runs it .

If I could give zero stars, I would have. Has been my home for 6 years and have always paid rent on time. They will not renew my lease "due to renovations", which is understandable. But they will not let me or any current tenants move into any available units, which there are. My friend just turned one unit down and was told there was another unit opening up the following month. I am now glad that I will be moving into another location. Maintenance is consistently terrible or non-existing. They have changed management companies more than 4 times in my 6 years. It has always been owned by Penton Development. And if you read their reviews, you will see this is not the first time it has happened. DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THey left me with $180 water bill they did not fix, bugs, really very bad group. Now they are attempting to steal money from my security deposit. I have had to turn all this over to my attorney. I knew this company would do this. I have pictures and receipts. See you in court.

Horrible management, came home to my wall in my room torn down. I was not notified of any work being done in my room. This happened 3 times where maintenance showed up unannounced and uninformed. This management is unresponsive & communication is out the window. I came home to find some personal belongings missing, while a contracted HVAC company was working on my unit, they were the only ones with access to my place.

Brandi lied on paperwork that effected me purchasing a house and then blocked my calls refusing to talk to me. I tried for a year to get screens put in my window, roaches I had to treat, windows rusted and won’t stay open, walls paper thin. You can’t pay online.
