On Tuesday 1/6/26 I contacted Lisa (PRH- admin) about a bush that landscaping had not trimmed in numerous months. Possibly since I left to go up north in May 2025. Early in the morning on the very next day, the supervisor of Seacrest landscaping department, stopped over to check out the overgrown bush. Within an hour, the bush was trimmed down to size. Ty Lisa. I appreciate you assistance to facilitate the process.

I’ve had the privilege of working closely with the Bella Terra HOA property management team, Germania, Elisa, and Moeises, and I can say with full confidence that their dedication is remarkable. Every step of the way, they’ve demonstrated a thoughtful approach, balancing professionalism with a genuine care for our community. They keep operations seamless from small details to long-term planning and always ensure residents feel informed and valued. It’s been a true pleasure to see our Bella Terra community thrive with their steady support.

When we have concerns or issues at our community, we email Pineridge Office and the maintenance staff is dispatched promptly. If and when work cannot be completed they will always notify us.

I must commend you for hiring Diane at the front desk!! What a HUGE difference she has made to this company. She has considerably improved the process, made everything easier for us to understand and is a VERY pleasant and intelligent person to work with. As for Gerry, your Customer Service Manager, Diane could easily replace him and teach him a few things about business and customer service. He is useless and has no skills or traits that would be admirable for any position!!

Just wanted to say, Seacrest services is our Mng company. Having been thru many, good, bad and ugly, this is the best in south Florida! Very impressed with there maintenance of our property. Very easy to speak with them. Our property manager Joan Berres is a major force here! It’s all in a forward, positive environment ! What a great experience with this team! From upkeep to maintenance it’s all a positive experience. Hard to find in the condo/HOA in Florida! Thank you to all involved with a happy neighborhood! Five stars!!! Our office and maintenance staff here under Joan’s guidance is a great experience ‼️
