Big apartment complex. Location is good - waterfront. Building and property old and neglected with ineffective management.

Very nice area to live in

Переоцененный билдинг. Проблемный. Изначально строился как лакшари, но сейчас ужас. В плане «красивости» слов нет. В бытовом кошмар. Два месяца нет газа! В двадцать первом веке! В Америке! Лифты вечно ломаются, ландри два месяца не работает - сушилки на газе, а его нет! Жильцам плитки раздали крошечные электрические по одной, а они перегорели через неделю. Хорошо подумайте перед тем, как сюда вселяться!
