After multiple meetings with contractors and several estimates we hired Don Merritt, the owner of Seaco Construction, to build our home. He did a good job managing our project and we are very happy with the end result.

After multiple meetings with contractors and several estimates we hired Don Merritt, the owner of Seaco Construction, to do a major renovation on our home. The reno included gutting the downstairs, removing two load bearing walls, raising the ceiling 5 feet, and a totally new kitchen. From start to finish he was responsive and professional. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions if what we were thinking might not work well. He worked within our budget and communicated well throughout the entire process. There were a couple of minor snafus that were completely out of Don's control and he managed those creatively and responsively. In fact, Don made an inherently stressful process very manageable. Seaco Construction fully renovated my kitchen, including decreasing the size of a window to make the floorplan flow more smoothly. The quality of the materials (soft close white shaker cabinets) and work were exceptional. Don and his team completed the work quickly and with attention to detail. I will absolutely use Seaco again in the future for cabinet and all contracting needs!
