Seaboard at Sidbury Station

One of the best places in Wilmington my husband and I have stayed in! You get so much for the price and the complex and house is so nice! Also, the fenced in backyards are a huge plus with our dogs! The staff are also very friendly and on top of all our needs! Highly recommend!

Susan and Jim are great! They were both very helpful with every question I had. The entire experience has felt personal and like they were genuinely wanted to help. I can't say enough good things.

The worst rental property around, homes are beautiful, amenities great but the rental agents are GHOST. It says on the rental office door that the office is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday and I have yet to see it open at all, let alone see a person that works here. I've been calling for weeks and no one has returned a call or picked up the phone in weeks. Not sure what they have going on over there.

Susan Powell, the Community Manager, was amazing. I highly recommend her professionalism and warm manner! Since selling our house, we have traveled a lot in our RV. Then it was time to move in a house again. While researching online, Seaboard Sidebury at Castle Hayne, appealed to us. Our first contact was by phone with Susan Powell. From the initial contact to the final rental, it was perfect. I also want to thank Jim Cantwell, Service Supervisor, for his outstanding work, kindness and he was always very polite. He immediately repaired the minor move-in issues. He forms an outstanding duo with Susan. We highly recommend the management. The house and the area were a very good choice.

came and toured with Nicole and absolutely fell in love with the property! the amenities are amazing and i definitely can see us in the summers by the pool with my kiddos. we are so excited to move to Wilmington. oh and we also got to take a peek at their golf simulator and it was so cool!! our lease is up soon and definitely will be moving here!!!
