Sea Pointe Apartments

Trash compactor has been broken for at least five to six years. Roaches and rats are everywhere. Nobody is ever in the office, except long enough to file evictions. Cops are ALWAYS there for domestic disputes. Shootings occur more often than you ever hear about on the news. There were times that we would pay our rent and the office manager would quit and take our checks/money orders with them. They made us replace the checks or money order and pay late fees or get evicted. This place is better than being homeless, but I will NEVER live in another one of their properties! Great apartments. They are brand new but staff is NEVER available. It is even rare that the corporate phone number is answered. I lived in a 2bd 2bath, equipped with laundry room, garbage disposal, and spacious living room/dining room. Master bedroom has a walk in closet there are 3 or 4 floor plans. Also there is no elevator so if u are handicap or impaired you'll need a first floor apartment. They also have a laundry facility on site which has 4 washers and 4 dryers. There is only one trash compactor so u do have to be prompt about taking out your garbage. Apartment walls have a matte finished paint which are almost impossible to clean so be mindful if you have small children.

When I first moved into my 3br apartment it was lovely. Just about everything was perfect except a few minor things that could be fixed. After about a month there was plumbing issues. Water coming from the roof of the bathroom, toilets backing up, and dishwasher not draining. Mold started showing up in different random places of the apartment. My master bedroom closet molded out 2 times which caused me to throw away about 85% of shoes, clothes, and bags. No office manager was anywhere to be found for almost a year. The online portal system was messed up and charging more of what was suppose to be charged. Example my rent was 1149 and they were charging 1308. That continued for 12 months straight. I've tried calling as well as going into the office, no one is ever there, what shall I do 😭😭😭

I love the apartments but the only problem is you can never get in touch with the maintenance and management even when you call and there never in the office
