Sea Pines Apartments

I want to make a comment about a situation that is happening in the apartments. The area is very nice and pleasant to live in, however, some neighbors make too much noise during the early morning, which does not allow you to rest or sleep properly. Unfortunately, they don't seem to care about the time or the respect for the other residents. I think it would be important for the administration to give them a warning or take action in this regard, since if this situation continues I will need to call the police. I hope it can be resolved soon to maintain a calm and respectful environment for everyone.

Maybe before trying to evict a tenant. These people need to follow the eviction laws of Va . Not just put someone out. In Virginia, a landlord must provide specific written notice to a tenant before pursuing an eviction. Common reasons for eviction include non-payment of rent, lease violations, or illegal activity. I've been out here almost 10 years. It's quiet. I did have to move to another unit due to neighbors but that was after 9 years(young couple in their early 20's smh). Rent is reasonable. With water and washer dryer rental and other fees my rent is still under $1000. I have a full size washer and dryer in the utility room with space to move around. I've seen other apartments have small stackables where you can put literally two shirts and a pair of pants. Office staff Tara and Deja are real nice. Maintenance requests or any concerns you have they will put in to get taken care of and they are very personable. Plenty of times I have gone in the office to talk and say hi. Lisa the maintenance lady is awesome! If I put in a maintenance request she is there the same day or if not, the next day.

I have been trying to get an update on my application for over a week. I paid the application fee and the deposit they required. I am currently deployed and due home next Saturday and would love to have an address to send my belongings to but they are ignoring all of my attempts at communication. The least that could be done is a refund for the $150 holding fee if they aren’t going to call me back, email me back, Facebook message me back, or send smoke signals. I’m thoroughly disappointed how this has turned out because they were very responsive and friendly on the phone. Once they got the money, they never returned any correspondence.
