Sea Oaks Property Management and Accounting

Encountered an unprofessional and rude gate guard at Sea Oaks on 12/1/2025. Started yelling at me to back up before I said "Hello" into the call box from across the street because they don't accept Amazon deliveries before 7 am. Well, your residents ordered overnight delivery. So either change your policy and let normal, hard-working drivers in or make it CLEAR to residents that they CANNOT order overnight delivery! This is simple, but this HOA doesn't seem to get it. In the meantime, every night a new Amazon driver is screwed out of their time and money coming to Sea Oaks. Terrible place!

Beautiful property. Stayed with a friend for a few days. Just a half mile to the beach, accessible by bike or walking or drive to Wabasso County Beach, only 1 mile. Nearby restaurants are Disney resort and the restaurant at the Sea Oaks property, beachside. Tried to eat at the Sea Oaks Club but it was closed. Make sure you check their unusual hours. The guard said to come back at 5:30 which we did but they weren't even open that day. The guard should be more informed.

Great beach! Nice, quiet community

Hard for me to evaluate. We visited on Sunday and we were not allowed on the property, but instead sent across the road to the property sales office, where we were told the same thing. Maybe next time...but not on Sunday.
