We engaged Sea Island Builders to raise, expand, and renovate our home on Sullivans Island. The home was originally built in 1890 and thus presented multiple issues regarding structural integrity, integration of the old and the new, and aesthetics. Three years after completion of the project, we can say without reservation that Sea Island performed in an outstanding manner in all respects. A few years ago I had a major renovation done to my house by Sea Island Builders. Their skill, professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Recently I had some minor damage done to my house. I contacted Jason at Sea Island Builders and he quickly sent Rich, one of their superintendents, to assess the damage, schedule and supervise the repair to be done. All of Sea Island Builders' personnel involved exhibited the same skill, professionalism and attention to detail on my minor house repair as the did on my major renovation.
