Sea Coast Rentals

I hired Sea Coast Rentals to manage my trailer park in Southport in November 2025. I was so nervous about working with a management company considering all of the issues in the park at the time. I knew there were many repairs needing to be made, and that working with some of the tenants would be a challenge. I didn't even know if a professional company would agree to help me. This company, especially Sharon and Wendy, are a God-send for myself and the park. Sharon is shrewd manager. She has fearlessly knocked on doors to collect information, gone to court for evictions, and faced tenants with uncomfortable truths. She is also very efficient with sourcing information for hiring attorneys, requesting permits, etc... She is kind, clear, and fair. Wendy is the maintenance coordinator,

I can truly say since being in my home for approximately 2 months Wendy the maintenance coordinator is amazing. We had a few hiccups upon moving in and Wendy made me feel as if I was first priority when it came to the issues. I felt as if I was welcome enough to call her even on the weekends when no one wants to be bothered but Wendy answered the phone with her southern charm and assured me that the issues would be fixed as soon as possible and indeed the problems was fixed in a timely manner.

Wendy is absolutely amazing! Every time I reach out for help, she’s quick to respond and always goes above and beyond. She explains everything so clearly and makes sure I understand what’s going on. She keeps me updated on any maintenance issues and truly cares about helping residents. It’s such a relief knowing someone as kind and knowledgeable as Wendy is taking care of things!

I have been renting with Sea Coast for 5 years. No matter the issue they are very prompt to get it resolved. Shout out to Wendy...she is so awesome, I have dealt with her on almost every issue and she is on top of any issue or problem asap. She has stayed in constant communication on everything. She always follows up after every job is completed to make sure it was completed correctly and in a timely fashion.

I am a tenant and have been renting through Seacoast for over a year now and their staff is so helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Wendy Boyd for being so prompt and professional always. My HVAC system failed & I had issues with flooding. The amazing Wendy had someone out the SAME DAY to fix the issue and resolve any problems leftover. She called and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process of fulfilling my maintenance request which I appreciate. Wendy, you are awesome and your hospitality does not go unnoticed! We are so thankful you work for this company!!
