Roaches bed bugs leaking ceiling from rain and white kitchen overflow because the drain back up oh Lord the list goes on

I was a renter here for a year. Nice area, but landlord never on premises. Swimming pool was never open, even before Covid 19. The maintenance man never fixed anything. They charged too much and old carpet and cockroaches

Made appointment with manager to view apartment. Drove all the way across town. Got there on time, and manager was a no-show/no-call. I called from on site and left a message. My call was never returned. They may be remodelling, but based on my experience, and what others have posted, I'd suggest you RUN AWAY! It seems like trailer trash without the trailer. With BRAND NEW BUILDS on two sides, how long will this dump survive?

The manager is very nosy about how often you have people over & who is over how often. The AC has needed fixed for a month, no dishwashers, and the landlord shows up without notice a lot.

Roaches all over the place. Ceiling fail four times while I was there from water damage. Crack heads, and heroin junkies in the laundry room which they wouldn't lock at night. Neighbor would stomp on floor and pound on walls for hours. Restroom sink, and shower rusting in spots. There is too much stuff wrong for me too list. I am going to make a YouTube video with all the footage I have. It will be called ss slumlords.
