Scottsdale on Main

I do not live in this building, nor would I. I have visited a friend there a few times for several days at a time. The building is pretty and the apartments look nice but the quality of construction is awful. You can hear every footstep of a person in the apartment above you and sometimes conversations. Currently there is some wild man living on the 4th floor who can be heard in several hallways and multiple apartments. He screams for hours at a time! Further the building has no meaningful security. Doors are unlocked and unattended frequently. This is an expensive building and so should not have these issues.

What I can say is that the leasing staff is outstanding. The vibe, and the way the entire building is like a family is what I love the most about SOM

I lived at Scottsdale on Main this past year. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. Location was perfect, it was clean, quiet, and maintenance was always quick. However, my most recent experience has not been as positive. I moved out due to relocating and my apartment was in perfect condition, however about $500 is unaccounted for from my security deposit check they sent to me. I received no explanation, no invoice, and or no reason why it’s not the full payment. I also noticed on my ledger they charged me rent TWICE in August which was my move out month. I find this strange considering she called me a few weeks before saying my apartment was perfect so I should be expecting my full security deposit and a refund for some charges I over paid for. My husband and I have lived at Scottsdale on Main for just under six months, and overall, it's been a pleasure. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Old Town—with great shopping, dining, and walkable areas that contribute to the charm of this community. The front office staff, including Marianna (GM), along with the maintenance team, are professional, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues that arise. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 for a few things prospective residents should be aware of: First, there is a strict no-smoking policy anywhere on the property—including balconies. While I understand the goal of maintaining a smoke-free environment for all residents, the lack of even a designated outdoor smoking area feels a bit excessive. I hope this is something that can be

I couldn’t be happier here! I’ve lived at the Scottsdale on Main Apartments for a little over a year now and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The location speaks for itself. You are steps away from some of the finest restaurants and art galleries in the state. In the heart of Old Town, it still manages to feel cozy and quiet. The walkability is nothing short of magical, especially here in Arizona. The building itself is lovely, clean, and well taken care of. The amenities are perfect for the size of the building and offer more than enough space to have friends and family over. The pool is always clean and the plants on property always look happy. The rooftop deck is my favorite place on property - it offers absolutely stunning sunset views! I toured several units before
