Scottsdale Entrada Apartments

I’ve lived in many different apartment complexes and I can confidently say the Entrada is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. I moved into the Entrada 14 months ago and absolutely LOVE my unit — but what truly sets this community apart is the leasing office staff, the maintenance team, and the thoughtful amenities. The amenities here are amazing — the community spaces and pool are always clean, the rooftop is a beautiful space to unwind, and the patio furniture is reupholstered annually (although, understandably, Arizona’s 120° sun takes a toll). The package room is secure — I’ve never had a package go missing thanks to the locked entry and Parcel Pending system. If you need help accessing your package, you can simply email the office during business hours and someone will meet

Justice has been absolutely amazing every time he’s come by — he’s fixed multiple issues in my apartment (especially the odor and plumbing problems) quickly and thoroughly. He’s professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work, always making sure everything is fully resolved before he leaves. It’s such a relief knowing someone so reliable is handling maintenance — truly top-notch service!

Entrada is a great community. Huge shoutout to their team, especially Britta and Sarah. You can tell the team cares about creating a great experience for residents. The location is great, the amenity spaces are huge, and the units are modern and impressive. The community is involved, and the resident events are always a good time. 5/5 stars.

I’ve lived here almost a year now and I’ve had a great experience. This is probably the first place I’ve lived where I don’t get sad when I pay rent. The location & amenities help make it worth it. You can’t hear your neighbors which was really important to me. The complex is so relaxing, I’ve fallen asleep on my balcony many times. And then when summer comes they throw great pool parties. I usually love to move complexes every year but I might stay awhile here.

Fantastic front office crew, seamless onboarding process, Halah was very responsive and patient. Location (Papago Park) and facilities make it a great place to live, work and play. Walking distance to brew pub. If you are looking to rent you’d be crazy to pass by. I’d give it 6 stars if I could
