This place is so horrible. I can’t even imagine an enemy living here. There is rats everywhere at night. You can hear them. The mold is so bad you can hardly breathe. It’s like you’re in the depression times where the oxygen was so bad you could barely be happy. This place is very bad. Rent is confusingly high for this type of outlook on an apartment. It is ran through. I wouldn’t even pay $100 living here. The New manager Lyllian Isn’t even here working most of the time it’s like this place isn’t even managed by anyone honestly because Lyllian won’t do crap if you have a maintenance problem or anything she will act like she will work on handling you problem when realistically she’s just at home getting hammered living off of the tenants money while we suffer in MOLD this girl is honestly

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management are slumlords and refuse to make repairs. Will enter your apartment repeatedly for an entire day and leave it looking like this. I’ve been here for 3 months and now going through legal assistance to get out. This place has made me sick, my cats sick, and been absolutely horrid. Not to mention the illegal extra fees such as monthly utility bills that are not based on actual usage (“free utilities” is a marketing scam management uses to get applicants, you don’t actually get free utilities here). There are a few dryers for the entire complex and one has a sign that says “Fire Hazard” for the last several months. Recently, we all had no AC for almost 3 days and landlords barely communicated, even though people and animals were in medical danger; we had to check in

Horrendous experience. I lived here for 2 years. I have seen multiple bodies wheeled out, SWAT teams with concussion grenades blowing out windows, neighbors shooting at another neighbor, a woman who poops off the balcony, drug dealers, pimps, and endless traffic of indigent people looking to take your packages ... It never ends. NO AC!! THEY SWITCHED TO A SWAMP COOLER AND IT WENT OUT OVER A DOZEN TIMES LAST SUMMER!! I moved out a month ago, and it had already gone out a couple times this year. Laundry room is absolutely disgusting. There is dog poop all over the property. I had my apartment broke into through the kitchen window and they just kind of screwed the screen back in. Most of the people there are cool but a handful are drug addicts or dealers of fentynal. One resident was running a prostitution ring out of her apartment like a trap house. Because of some of the seedy residents theres a lot of foot traffic that goes through the complex and stuff gets stolen all the time. Dont for a second think that because its in scottsdale that its a nice neighborhood, cause its far from it.
