He took a casual approach to explaining what could easily be overwhelming and intimidating concepts, breaking them down into simpler ideas that really helped me understand what I was getting into. He went out of his way to be responsive and available to answer any questions, and if he wasn't able to answer directly himself, he would refer me to his equally capable team (shoutout to Jenna and Mariah). I felt like I was in good hands throughout every step of this experience and am grateful to Scott and his team for helping me get into my first home.
