I've been renting since 2021 n I've never had a problem with Sam. He's a good person at heart. Every tenant is different as another reviewer said. He's cool as heck n if you have a problem with him, take it to him, n talk with him. Ppl might have different opinions about ppl, but as far as Sam? He doesn't own the properties. Deal with the owner of the property. Sam is a person who helps ppl sell their houses. Smfh! Apparently you didn't follow rules n your angry, but at the wrong person. Like I said. Take it up with the owner.

I have rented from Scott Realty from 2010 till August 2017. Scott Realty has always been there for me and my family if an occasion has presented itself. Throughout the years sometimes when an occasion would arise where I would be late a few days paying the rent they were always understanding and worked with us. Kristy Jo is very professional, in all the years of dealing with her and I have 0 complaints, I saw some reviews on here that are not accurate and every tenant is different and most of them seemed uncredible due in part to my own personal exp. Less than one star! This could be the worst company I have ever worked with. I worked with Kristy and she would never return our calls. We placed an application in on a property and took over a week before they said they ran it; turned out hey didn't run it and told us the house was sold and there was nothing they could have done about it. So we gave them another shot. Viewed a house and applied for it again. A week later i call and they still haven't even run the app. Finally Kristy ran it. A week later still I call again to find out the status and she is busy gave us no call back. 2 days later, I talked to the assistant and Kristy is doing a mass showing of the property we applied for. Instead of letting us know we did not get the house, they go behind us and tell us nothing. Just poor

If I could rate being on the flip side of a renter but as a property owner who's trust was placed in Scott Realty the review would be in the negatives. It looks like the reviews are from renter's who have had wonderful experiences and I from personal experience know that renter's come first and the property owners come second and usually take the brunt of the renter's happy experiences and have to cover those financially and through personal sacrifice. As a property owner I would never use this company again!

One star is too many for this dishonest outfit. Kristy Joe will lie to your face with a smile. Be prepared to be treated as a second class citizen when you sign a lease with Scott Realty.
