Have been in my home for 6 months now and am very pleased thus far. No major issue until a recent HVAC problem. This is nothing that was anyone’s fault just one of flukes from the factory. I bring it up because most companies and/or builders would not have honored it as warranty because the manufacturer would not. However between Scott Lee and Stephenson Heating and Air they not only covered the costs but they handled it in a very timely manner. Very impressive.

My experience with Scott Lee homes has been the worst home building experience I've had out of the three homes I've had built for my family. 1.The concrete in my driveway was cracked before we closed and Scott was made aware of this and just gave us plenty of excuses to keep from being a professional and having the concrete contractor repair it. The concrete company is stretching the concrete by adding to much water which in turn cause it to run and not dry properly also weakening the concrete "hence cracking and chipping ". Also at the front of the driveway they put expansion lines then covered them but did it after the concrete was somewhat dry because the discoloring is very noticeable. 2. My front porch has a deeper than normal sloppy slope, that's a whole other problem which is unsafe

I have many happy clients who have bought SLHs. It has always been a good experience for us and frankly a really quality build in an affordable price range. Thank you for always a smooth process!

Scott Lee Homes built a beautiful home for us. They were courteous, professional, and very responsive to our needs. The realtor, Michelle Odom, was a pleasure to work with. Scott and David were very caring and friendly people. My wife got to meet others in the company as well. I would recommend Scott Lee Homes to anyone looking to build a home. Scott Lee Homes, the bare minimum “builder”. I wish I could give them zero stars but it’s 2025 and everyone deserves a participation reward. I wouldn’t even trust or recommend Scott Lee to build a dog house. After 16 months of living in a Scott Lee built home, I can confidently say this builder is unprofessional, unresponsive, and fails to stand behind their work. While Scott Lee has been building homes for 20 years, it’s clear they haven’t figured out the basics of quality construction or customer service. 16 months after purchasing a Scott Lee home, we’ve had the following issues: 1) our bedroom ceiling had no insulation.
