We have been renting from Scott Williams a little over a year now. They have been excellent! Any issue we have is resolved quickly. Kristin has been great! She is always very kind and prompt when I call.

This is one of the WORST companies I've ever done business with. They scammed me out of thousands of dollars for so called "repairs" on my rental units. I had a unit around 700 square feet that needed to be cleaned and repaired for a new tenant. I'm out of state so initially Kristen sent me a quote for $2700 for cleaning, painting and other miscellaneous repairs. It sounded like way too much for such a small unit. She was trying to charge $500 for trash cleaning and $900 for painting. So I decided to travel there and find my own handyman to do these things and have Kristen just deal with finding a tenant and the small repairs. I got someone to paint, and remove the trash which were the biggest costs on her quote, both for $900 total. However, when I went back home after, she still charged

I am relocating out of state and I'm on a very tight schedule. I called and made an appointment for One of their agents to come look at the property I will be placing on the market for rent, I believe her name is Kirsten, well, she never showed up. Our appointment was at 11AM, I made arrangements so that I would be at the property at that time, and she was not there. I called the office at 11:15, spoke to the agent, and she said she was waiting to hear from me before she headed out this way, she said she wrote my number down wrong, and treated the matter as if it wasn't a big deal. She said she could head over now, yes, I have nothing else to do with my day other than sit and wait for her. Now, why would she not show up to an appointment that was made 3 days ago? We have been with Scott Williams since 2015 and they have always offered great service to us. Anything that we need taken care of Kristen will make sure its done. She always answers all of our questions, they made this process very easy for us. Thank you Kristin!

Had a bit of a misunderstanding on the end of the lease but they resolved it fairly after a bit of back and forth. They were responsive most of the time and before covid they were good about repairs almost day of.
