I would like to say we are very pleased with these apartments they're very nice very quiet I would recommend them for anyone who wants a peaceful environment I would like to say thanks to Monica with management did a great job helping us.

Don’t even let the new leasing sign fool you! It’s all a front! With ZERO amenities! These apartments have the audacity to charge 1600 for bs units! And horrible trash service.. they charge you for trash but you have to take your own trash OUT!? and they charge everybody the same exact amount for water? The fact they are even charging for water!! When they raised the rent! Makes absolutely no sense… no consistent pest control so everyone has roaches and spiders and the wasp!! …. Cheap windows that can break at the Gus of a strong wind!?😅 it’s a joke to live here they are now offering “renovated units” which aren’t even fully finished and still has its issues dishwashers coming out of place black mold!! Over 20year old Tubs that’s just painted over NOT replaced Cracked corners! Broken knobs

Don’t let the good reviews fool you 😂 it’s new management trying to make them look good putting up fake reviews. If I could rate ZERO STARS I would I DONT RECOMMEND NEW MANAGEMENT TRASHED THIS PLACE We changed units once new management came in & regret it instantly. WE SHOULD OF LEFT. trash everywhere , in the dumpster area. it’s a mess always with worms!!! Apartments are infested with ROACHES , SPIDERS. Windows are so old & broken that outside bugs come in. we have NO SMOKE ALARMS for the year we been in this unit. Neither do we have WINDOW BLINDS We talked about these things multiple times with her & nothing was fixed THIS PLACE IS TRASH UPDATE: DONT RENT HERE & SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS. Everything & I mean EVERYTHING is outdated for $1600 a month ? Toilets , shower & sinks constantly c

Changing of management is always difficult, but as long term tenants we've hung in there, Issues are handled in a more timely matter. The property is being renovated, which of course, takes time. We've renewed our lease with good faith that things are on the up and up. Maintenance is good, with friendly knowledgeable workers.

I’ve recently noticed some of the new updates being done to the complex. I reached out to management regarding some of the changes being done and she was extremely helpful and took the time to explain. Having looked at other apartments in the area, I found these to be some of the most reasonable especially with the measures they take to upkeep and maintain the property.
