Great Community and easy access to main roads. We purchased the Hamilton model. We love the design and details, which are all top selling points to us.. Rhonda did an excellent job helping us purchase our new home at University Heights. We would recommend anyone to check out the Community and Craftmanship of these homes built in University Heights.

Nice and safe community. There are a few issues but Scott Felder works with us to solve as much as they can. John and Jonas are great to work with.

We absolutely love our SF home in University Heights! We were pleased with all of the upgrades in our home. SF uses an abundance of windows and has such beautiful open floor plans. The location is perfect for accessing many major highways. Rhonda Hogue made the buying process so easy! She answered our calls even though it was her day off. She was so knowledgeable about SF’s products and was a great resource for us! Neil Simon was instrumental after our closing in making sure our home was perfect. He checked on us periodically to ensure everything was working correctly. Between Rhonda and Neil, we were well taken care of from start to finish!

I don't know why Chris Dodd is still with this company. It's been here on the reviews how rude this sales person was. Based on our experience he was so unprofessional, not knowledgeable and not even a great sales advocate for this builder. How can you sell if you have this kind of person? Does he have connection with Scott & Felder Homes? I will not buy that house we are planning to buy at Pleasant Place Row if he's still there. He's such a threat to that community and in fact he works there and can easily come and go.
