Scott Communities at Sorrento Park

Unfortunately my experience with this builder is not good. First of all the sales person working with us did a very poor job, he gave us the minimum customer service, he messed up the deadlines and we paid the prose. We did our “blue tape” walk thru when the house was not ready, they were barely pouring the cement and no hardware installed besides many other problems we found. The list was extensive and on the closing date the punch list was not finished. We closed late thanks to our not professional loan officer and regardless of those extra days Scott Communities did not have the house 100% ready. My husband and I love Scott Communities at Sorrento Park in Maricopa. Three car regular garages, not tandem on very large included lots. Large ranch style homes. We have not found any other builder that gives the choices they do for such a reasonable price. And they do nice custom changes, quality construction. Great for Maricopa, I can now get my other family members to move here too.

We had to force communication to keep us updated. Once we finally got to the closing date we still have a list of items that need to be fixed. No one was here to give us the key or explain how to sign up for the portal the day we closed. All and all very disappointed.
