Schrock Park Apartments

I lived at Schrock Park years ago and had a pleasant experience. Now, living here in the present has been nothing but positive. Any issues were taken care of ASAP. The management is really great and helpful and understanding. For one bedroom apartments these are perfect living Spaces for what they are. Very clean, quiet community very affordable living I am happy to be part of this community.

My experience with Shrock Pk apartments has been wonderful and pleasant. The manager Jeanette is very pleasant and the other staff I have met are pleasant and helpful. I have had more interactions with Ms. Janette and whatever questions or problems I had she was more than willing to help me. Richard, the maintenance personnel is phenomenal. I love the way the maintenance man, Richard keeps the out door premises so inviting. When my friends visits me they always comment how nice the premises look. When I had a problem Mr. Ricard was there to fix it. Most places I have rented it took 4 or more days for them to respond to any problem that I had. Schrock park is not a good apartment the ladies at the office are racist. Just for the fact you are black they we treat you differently. They made me pay $780 when my lease expired. I paid a security deposit of $700 and ended up using $25 out of it. They gave my deposit back at the end of the lease after all accounts were balanced and later on charged me $780 and couldn’t give me an account of. They sent my info to debt collectors after I asked for explanations to no avail. Maintenance will never show up, broken bathrooms and broken AC. They are a whole bunch of racist. Will never recommend this apartment. Couldn’t wait to leave this plac…..

I am a very thankful, pleased resident of Schrock Park Apartments. I've lived here for six years, going into my seventh, and have always found the office staff to be kind and attentive to any needs I've had. The units are reasonably priced, and the mother company, Homestead America, really cares about the looks and upkeep of the complex. If you are looking for a good, peaceful place to live, this is it!

The place itself looks very nice from what I can tell, due to my work schedule I was never able to apply or talk to someone for a tour in person. Unfortunately I was declined, and I proceeded to spend a week straight trying to contact them via email and voice-mails as they never answered when I called during their business hours. I wanted to either see if they would be willing to work with me, or at the very least if I should expect the administrative fee to be refunded. Again the place itself looks very nice, just know if you are declined they are very unprofessional about it.
