Schrader Rental Properties

If I can give it a zero I would. Was helping someone for a place and wanted to check this place out. As a person who works in leasing they are very unprofessional, nobody never knows the answer to most of their properties, they will look at you dirty and reply with only attitude as if you dont know or understand what they are saying. Or they will postpone their response for another 3 weeks, ask for an update they will reply yet again with an attitude. They definitely need retraining and staff if they can't act like they at a professional job and not a gossiping room. Please stay away from this place and find yourself a place that is worth living at and make you feel comfortable and welcomed when you walk in the office.

Terrible, very terrible The staffs at their office are inconsiderable and unpleasant. They also have unfit attitude towards their tenant. They literally start cutting, trimming, and edging the grass at 7am disturbing residents sleeping. Have some decency and be considerable of others. They maybe going to work or just getting off. Poor management, I hope the owner or group of the property sees or reads all these reviews. if not, than you are the root of problem for not resolving these matter.

Me and my wife applied to them for an apartment. They don’t ever contact you when they need information and they lie on you and say that they called. Never will apply to the property again. The apartment was in our price range. They lied about rental history but we both have more than 5 years of rental history. I am very disappointed in this property.

It's as if ghosts run Schrader. There is a person that answers the phone but can't connect you with anyone else. She only knows what she was told to recite and nothing more. When we were to see a house, this phone person made a call then called me back with a time. We went, the door had been left open and NO AGENT WAS THERE. But there were signs that someone has been staying there. From me, Schrader gets NO STAR. AND WE PAID A FEE FOR THIS.

To have a local rental office that's not accessible to future or present tenants is outrageous. I came to present legal and medical documents to the leasing agent and could not get in. I had to call, then wait for said agent to come open the door and still was not asked in. The agent requested the documents to go make copies and come back.
