SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union - Rancho Cucamonga

I have been a member for about a year, and have had nothing but positive experiences. From phone, email, app., in person visitS of University Riverside branch nothing but High Praise. All that changed, when visiting this Rancho Branch. Host/greeter was very pleasant and helpful, however the loan personnel was the worse I have ever experienced. Rude, no customer service, as if bothered we came into the branch for assistance. Thought it was a 1 off with a Perla Hernandez, but unfortunately, experienced the same a different day with a different sales personnel. Lost paperwork, "I dont know what happened...not sure where paperwork went..I dont know..." so had to return to the branch. Strongly encourage everyone to seek another local branch or do all transactions online as best you can.

Perla was extremely helpful recently. Greatly appreciated she went out of her way to help me operating the coin machine . Very nice polite and felt very comfortable. Great service this is why I’m a schools first customer. Thank you

The Best Experience Ever, we were assisted by Cynthia who’s been with SchoolsFirst since 2017 & she was truly the best. She educated me and my husband on credit & rebuilding as well, assisted us with our vehicle buying - being young adults fixing our past mistakes from when we were 19 year olds, she definitely was an Angel sent from heaven - the Best expert we’ve encountered, she has the best people skills, & definitely went above and beyond for us.
