Schoolhouse Lofts Apartments

This is my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived at. The landlord is nice and reasonable, she worked with me when moving in and out. She throws cute community events and keeps the pool and outdoor spaces looking great year round. She even noted people in the complex I could be friend with, and we ended up being friends! It made living in a new state, where I knew no one, a joyful experience.

Truly a resort at home in Spartanburg. Great, quiet place to live. Close to downtown, to mary black trail and the rail trail, lots of trees and green space all around. The dog park in the front sold it for me. The staff is incredibly friendly, and pool and the gym are a nice addition!

I lived at SHL for a little over 2 years and absolutely loved my place! Modern design with some historical aspects tied in; the large windows were amazing for the view and natural light. I had experience with 2 different property managers, both of which were amazingly helpful and communicative. Loved the pool area and gym as well. My only complaints are that 1) the walls are kind of thin, so depending on your neighbors, it can be a little loud at times and 2) due to the locked parking lot gate, locked door, and package concierge, getting packages delivered was quite a pain at times. I relocated which is the only reason why I left SHL.

I only stayed here a short period of time while on a travel contract. It made being away from home comfortable for the duration. It was quiet, clean, had great amenities, and was central to everywhere I needed to go. Brooke, the property manager was helpful from move in to move out. I would 100% recommend staying there no matter the length of time you need.

Schoolhouse lofts is a great community near downtown spartanburg. Love my apartment, great spacious and functional layouts (bonus points if you can lock in a poolside view like mine.) and Brooke the property manager is awesome and always willing to help ..and maintenance gets things done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend calling Schoolhouse lofts home.
