Unprofessional and borderline unethical. I was a tenant in a villa that this company had a listing for and I had over one year left on my lease. I reached an agreement with the owner that Schembra real estate put together that if they had a buyer who wanted me out, then I would leave and be compensated three months rent for doing so. It came to that, and I left as agreed. However, upon the closing of the deal I was denied my three month's rent reimbursement by the owner and got no help from Schembra. This is a small island, and this kind of behavior by a business has its consequences. Go somewhere else to find a good realtor.
