Scenic Pines

The apartments are pleasant and the property is well cared for. One of the main reasons for choosing Scenic Pines was the manager - Kelly Morris. She is professional and personable. Kelly is accommodating and makes every issue not to be a problem. She fixes every problem and does it with a smile. I have never met an apartment manager with such dedication to her residents

I have heard that Kelly Morris is leaving. We will miss her dearly. She is kind and considerate, always putting the residents concerns at the top of her list. She always completes everything asked of her and makes you feel that it is not a bother to bring her things to worry about.

New management is really trying to turn this place around. Issues get addressed by Ms. Kelly extremely fast. The lead maintenance man is the TRUTH. Will go out his way to fix any problems he’s capable of and will make sure someone helps in areas he can’t. His name is Mr. Dennis. Solid 5 stars for him and Ms. Kelly. It’s a lot they’re trying to fix from previous management, but making progress.

The manager there is rude and don’t know how to talk to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there until they get someone who knows how to treat there residence and show respect!!

The new office manager is the most hateful. I also called about a maintenance request over a week ago and it wasn't fixed until my apartment flooded. She will not speak to me. Only about me.
