We have not had an acceptable leasing experience here. From safety, health quality, overall condition of the location, we highly recommend that you do not rent here. The physical location is nice, being close to the metro and D.C. with accessible bus stops. However, there are multiple other complexes that are much better to look at. The trash and recycling containers are continually overflowing, resulting in large amounts of trashed being blown across lawns. Huge piles of furniture are continually dumped here and it can take weeks for it to be removed. Towing was predatory before COVID and wouldn't abide by Maryland law to release the vehicle if they had already begun towing your vehicle. There is a continual police presence reporting to the neighborhood for fights, raids, police pursuits

After they ignored a leak in my utility closet for a month, my closet was covered in black mold and it got into my HVAC unit. They had to rip out my floor, walls, and ceiling and clean out all my vents. The ceiling in my utility closet collapsed and there was literally an opening between my apartment and the resident above me. I spent a month living in a hotel because my apartment was uninhabitable. I came home to a clogged bathtub because the painters had been washing their brushes in my tub. My oven wasn’t working because it didn’t get reconnected properly and they forgot to reconnect my AC unit. There was black mold in the stairwell of my building which the apartment staff pretended wasn’t there until letters were written with all the residents signatures. People sell, do drugs, and op

Thank for JANYA the new manager. In a very short time, she renovated the compound. She repainted what needed to get painted. She make sure that grass and all the place look good and clean everytime. Beside that, she always pay attention to residents needs and she always make sure that everything that need to get fixed get fixed on time. She is by far the best manager i have seen in this compound since 7 years.

These apartments are very spacious and by a very good area. Everything else is completely disgusting and not worth your money. The office staff is extremely lazy and rude, I have recently moved out and have been charged $600 for "damages" to the apartment. When I first moved in the apartment has molded doors, broken toilet, broken washing machine, broken dishwasher. Honestly the list could go on and on. It is completely ridiculous how easy it is for the office staff to charge money but not for once do they consider the safety of their residents. There have been many occasions when there has been issues in the apartment buildings and no once did the office do anything to stop these issues. Their response? "Call the Police". Save your money and go to a much better and safer area!!

I visited this property on a weekend and had a very negative first impression based on what was being presented in the photos and the website. There were overflowing trashcans in front of apartments, bags of trash on the lawns (maybe in the process of being picked up on a Saturday morning...). There was also trash piled up outside the back sliding glass door of the unit we were shown. I saw plenty of dumpsters in the area but trash was still piling up in front of units so either tenants either didn't use the dumpsters or didn't care. Based on the holes in the trash bags that were piled up outside the units and on the ground, I'm guessing there is a rodent problem here . The model/example unit we were shown had sticky floors on the tiled areas and smelled of urine in carpeted areas. S
