While living there (12 month lease) there was multiple issues that were brought up and while some were fixed when a request was put in the main one being the community washer/dryer was not fixed despite costing money to run per cycle. This issue was brought up many times and nothing was fixed. When time came to move out I let them know in writing (as I was asked to) I was not staying at their place of residence and already moved out in advance. Nothing was heard til a month after the fact and they tried to charge me again. After calling and leaving multiple voicemails (6) I called from a different number for them to pick up. They said there was no proof in writing saying I moved out and was not staying there or renewing. After forwarding the email they changed their story on what I had to

Horrible living condition no Central AC units in any of the apartments which I find very odd when we already have very hot summers. They need to fix this as soon as possible. Could make this very news worthy

To be fair it was kind of a nightmare living there .
