SB1K is such an amazing Apartment Complex! Moving in was such a breeze with the help of Selina and Marina, who were absolutely lovely to work with. So far since moving in I have noticed that they do a lot of resident events (like blueberry pancake day, bagel day, etc.) which makes you feel truly valued as a resident. The trash chutes, parking garage, and elevators make everything so convenient (it especially helped when I moved in). I am truly happy living here and would recommend it to anyone (:

This apartment complex is absolutely amazing! There are so many great amenities to enjoy, plus a fantastic parking garage and a prime location. But what truly makes this place stand out is the office staff. Selena and Lorena, the bubbly and welcoming leasing agents, made my entire leasing experience a joy. Marina, the property manager, and Melissa, the assistant manager, consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and taken care of. 😁 The maintenance team is equally impressive — I’ve never felt more confident in a maintenance crew! They handle requests quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. 💪 Living here has been wonderful, and I’m so glad I chose this community! Thank you guys!!! 🙏 😊

This building does the bare minimum to justify its rates. Overall it's a fine, plain building that is safe and comfortable to live in but has little personality or luxury. Here are some points to consider: - while the main entrance is okay, other entrances can be dirty, smelly, dark, poorly designed or hidden, making them generally unpleasant to enter. - confusing layout: hard for guests, delivery drivers, etc to access due poor layout and bad signage. - building access: fob-based. Two entrances are supposed to have access codes though one doesn't work and the other, when working, is hard to find off Lincoln st, especially for guests. Doors to apartments use keys, it'd be nice to have codes there too. - low soundproofing: neighbors from all directions are sometimes audible. - trash: chute

Just wanted to leave a review Lorena Vargas was my tour person she did a great job of explaining the process, the numbers, and the information about the unit. The building is beautiful, clean, and well put together. I definitely see myself moving here with my family. Thank you!
