Sayebrook by Toll Brothers

It’s very difficult to leave this review, because we had several negative interactions with Toll Brothers representatives on site. But we’ve also had excellent service from Emily who works in the model home and Jordan who is our home warranty (in the field) contact. The initial issues came when we were deciding on purchasing our home. We were told we had to close by the end of the month in order to lock in our low interest rate. We gave them our deposit and signed the contract the day after I realized that are two car driveway had a one car entryway from the street. This makes it difficult to put two cars on the driveway and to enter an exit the driveway. Clubhouse is not open to the homeowners unless they pay almost $1500. Not to mention the fees to plant flowers cost more than the flowers $75. If you want to plant more flowers because you forgot or missed, there goes another $75. The POA is a scam stay away. Neighbors are awesome though
