I had such a great experience working with Christian as my leasing agent. From the moment we started the tour, he was super friendly, professional, and honestly just really fun to talk to. He made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Christian was very knowledgeable about the property, answered all my questions clearly, and took the time to explain details I wouldn’t have even thought to ask about. What really stood out was how genuine he was — you can tell he actually cares about helping people find the right place, not just closing a deal. The apartments are quite nice and new; I really liked them, although the rooms are a bit small. However, the experience with the person who attended us, Denise, was very unprofessional. He did not invite us to sit down or pay attention to us. Instead of accompanying us personally, he sent the service person to show us the apartment. The gentleman who gave us the tour only commented: "All one-room apartments are the same," without giving us more information. Nor could we get to know the rest of the facilities such as the gym, the mailbox or the pool (the latter we only saw because we passed by there on the way to the apartment). Six months ago, I passed by Saxon Pond just to look at the apartments. I walked in and met Jessica, and I explained that I was only browsing because I didn’t plan to move until December. She assured me that wouldn’t be a problem. To my surprise, I ended up falling in love with Saxon Pond. Jessica was incredible throughout the entire process. I told her I needed some time, but the very next day I returned with my application. She made everything simple and stress‑free. Jessica is truly the best, and Saxon Pond is an amazing community with very clean, spacious apartments.

I was driving on FM 2920 and came across Saxon, As soon as I entered the leasing office, it felt like home. Jessica Bahena took me and my family in and provided us all the details and gave us a wonderful tour. My experience was awesome! I’m definitely considering submitting an application and hopefully calling this place home.
