I've been living here for almost ten yrs and love the quiet atmosphere. The office is very attentive to your needs. My only complaints are the rugs and refrigerator. The rugs do need replacement and the refrigerator is noisy and old. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with my unit.

Worst employees in the office and very bad communication as well. There is a tiny sign on the from right entry way if apartments stating "no backing in, tow inforced" not large enough for all age groups to be able to read. Also on the sign it states a totally different tow company on the sign compared to the one that towed my family car. Pictures are provided.

I recently applied for an apartment unit, and although I wasn't qualified, it's important to let people know about the process. From the beginning of my application, everything was easy. When the process became complicated, I had to visit the office. And I don't want to forget to mention the professionalism, attention, and empathy I received from Yerania at all times. Thank you.

Had mold and water damaged and waited months to finally had the actual property manager look at the apartment, meanwhile the office manager and secretary downplayed the situation. 5.
