Sawmill Point Apartments

Happy to call Sawmill Point home for the last year (and renewed for another)! Location, views, access to the riverwalk & downtown, and amenities are all great. Finally, all of the staff is very approachable and helpful. Shoutout to Sam in particular for running through the pouring rain to help me this morning! 5 stars.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. The location is great, close to everything I need while still feeling peaceful and comfortable. The amenities are well-maintained and genuinely make day-to-day life easier and more enjoyable. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient. They respond quickly, follow up thoroughly, and truly care about residents’ comfort. Overall, I’ve truly enjoyed living here and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Wonder place to live, I have previously lived here and i came back after relocating back to Wilmington. Sam has truly been and amazing help making my move in smooth. They have all been so welcoming to me and Hazel my dog. James, Frank, and Sam have gone above ans beyond, would recommend Sawmill to anyone.

If you are looking for a safe place to live, close to downtown, right on the water, and with amazing staff, here it is! The staff are always so welcoming and helpful, including the maintenance team--they are very responsive and timely in fixing any problems. The apartments are right on a walking path and within walking distance of downtown. The sunsets are gorgeous and the amenities are great--including the pool, outdoor patio area, grassy area for pets, and gym! If you are planning to move here without knowing anyone, you can mingle at the many resident events they have & the community is very safe! I cannot say enough positive and great things about these apartments!

THe reason for 5 stars is: Apartment: 1 bedroom apartment that features newer appliances. High ceilings, in unit washer and dryer. Very well maintained. Amenities: Having looked at several apartment in the downtown Wilmington area this complex impressed the most. It actually looks like the the pictures on the Saw Mill Point website. The grounds are immaculate. Ease of access to downtown Wilmington: Literally a few minute walk to Riverwalk that will take you to downtown Wilmington. Close enough to enjoy, but not in the heart of downtown. So I can enjoy the chill atmosphere when wanted. Staff: The office staff has been a pleasure to deal with. Questions, issues anything at all.
