Zero stars. Roach invested. Stay far away from this place unless you love trash, loud neighbors and no parking at anytime of day. Cars will be towed. Bullet holes through the stairwell and holes in the walls. Please do not live here. They have gone through “new management” 3 times in the last 3 years. This place NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED.

New Management Has Been Great Ton Me!!! I Didn’t Get Approved But They Offered Me A Program And I Got Approved For The Apartment I Really Wanted Everything Is Brand New!!! New Appliances New Ceilings New Renovations Thanks To Josh And Pia For Helping Me With This They Have Blessed Me!!

after having just recently moved into a new and larger apartment, i finally feel i have a place i can raise my family, this place has been nothing but great to me and the new management is truly the best. they have made one families christmas this year that is for sure. Thank you Crystal and Josh for everything you guys have done since you have taken over.

This company truly cares about the security, safety and wellbeing of all their tenants. Crystals, Josh, Morgan all of them have really done so much to make us feel comfortable. This company is very different than the last and we have seen a 360 since May when this company took over. So any reviews before May was the old company and this company is VERY different. They will go out of their way to fix and make everything better. Frank the maintenance guy literally made us a drawer from scratch because we haven’t had one in a year because the old company did not really care that much about little things like that. (Even major things but that’s besides the point) We were so appreciative. We now have a working fridge, drawer, new AC and water heaters it’s so nice living here now. We debated on

It's perfectly located, and well maintained, Office staff is good upon friendliness, and quick to help you in any way possible.The leasing office deserves a perfect 5 star rating. Megan and Mike are so helpful. But the people at security deposit department are useless, they just behaves like they need apartment as it was at the move-in even if u stay there for 2 years. Please be noted before move in u check everything!
