Living at Sawbury Commons has been a great experience. The layouts are surprisingly spacious, and the location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet. The best part of living here is that it feels like family. Sabrena, the Apartment Manager, is wonderful; she is professional and genuinely cares about the residents. She hosts great community events like the Halloween candy giveaway and summer cookouts that really bring everyone together. Ali, the maintenance guy, is excellent as well. He is quick to respond, very professional, and always gets the job done right. Whether it’s a repair or a neighborhood event, Sabrena ensures everything is handled with a personal touch. If you’re looking for a home with management you can trust, I highly recommend Sawbury Commons!

I have lived here 4 years and have gone through a couple of terrible property managers. I must admit the current team lead by Sabrina is the best of all. Issue are address quickly and professionally. I am always treated with respect. I requested carpet cleaning and it was done quickly with a professional cleaning company. The company (sawburycommons)followed up to insure i was satisfied. Maintenance is prompt and curtious the complex is well taken care of no garbage floating around no unwanted pets, or rodents and very friendly neighbors There have been many upgrades inside and outside including updating carpets, kitchen appliances checking air quality in the units. improved counters tops and cabinets i intend to be here for a while as it is a great home for singles and families

Edit: A few months ago new management took over. Since then there have been some scenic updates to the property. Trash is piling up adding to an overall sense of neglect. The bulk items are overflowing out into the road where we are supposed to drive. The front of the property is well manicured and looks lovely. You know, the place where they put all the signs trying to get you to stop in so they can tell you how great it is and get you to move in. Best foot forward, I guess, right? I have had a great experience with this property so far. My townhome is updated with features like hardwood floors and renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The staff has been amazing with responding to any issues quickly and they are very friendly and helpful. The events they do on a regular basis help give back to the community and families in the neighborhood. Thank you for caring about your residents!

Me and my husband moved in almost 2 months ago. Moving in was great. Sabrina is literally an angel. ANY questions I had were answered immediately and they also pushed the clean up on a unit just so I could move into the one I wanted earlier. The maintenance guy (unfortunately don’t know his name, he is tall with dreads) is amazing and the sweetest guy ever. Weve had a few things we needed fixed and they are so fast it’s crazy. This morning leaving for work I seen him outside and asked him his he had a lot to do this week because I wanted to submit a request and I didn’t want to bother him on a busy week and he said “are you crazy that’s my job! Send it over and I’ll get to it as soon as I can!” I made the request at 10am and he was there at 1pm already fixing it. The team they have here is
