Savoy Apartments

Kim the leasing agent was super friendly, helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I signed the lease based on the photos and virtual rendering. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the high end finishes. The fact that there are only 40 something units in the building adds to the appeal. There isn't a lot of noise or constant stream of people coming in and out of the building. The Elevator is extremely quick and rent is reasonable for this location and level of luxury.

Jaiden has been extremely gracious, going out of her way to help with the many aspects of my move to the Savoy Building. She is a tremendous asset and makes the whole experience a joy.

Toured the building virtually due to Covid and was very impressed. Upon moving in was immediately jarred by a loud mechanical sound that occurs for 20-30 seconds at least once every 20 minutes. A maintenance request was submitted and not responded to until 5 weeks later. At that time I was told the sound is normal for all units in the building and cannot be fixed or quieted. Feel free to watch the video below and see how 'normal' it is. Sound is piercing and can be heard from bedroom, will wake from sleep.

I loved living here. Kyle, Kim, And Klarissa are all so wonderful. Let’s talk about the maintenance team... top tier! Whatever request I had, small or big, I was serviced almost immediately with quick resolution time. Living downtown during the pandemic was way quieter than I expected, but the views and vibe of the area were very much alive. I’d highly recommend this property. So chic, so clean, and very attentive to their residents. I would’ve renewed my lease if I didn’t get a job opportunity outside the area. I’ll miss it! Thanks for the warm hospitality.

PLEASE READ!! I lived here in the apartment Asa has shown below. There was a loud mechanical noise that would not go away. It was very disrupting, especially at night. Additionally, my apartment had a centipede infestation and I would have to call maintenance weekly to treat for them. I had to leave my lights on at night so that the centipedes would not come out. The shower and sink were not angled, so the water would build up and get moldy. Not designed well at all. Additionally, when I moved here, I was unable to see the apartment before so they sent me pictures of the "unit I would be receiving". Upon moving in, the pictures I was sent were not of the same unit. The pictures I was sent showed windows in every room in the apartment. The unit I received had two small windows, that let i
