Savion Park Luxury Apartments

Our daughter moved to Savion Park 3 years ago and hasn't had any issues; she feels safe. There is a small pond and walking path around it. Watch out for "Fred" the alligator. It's very quiet unless you have an "elephant" living upstairs. The downfall is that there aren't ANY amenities (gym, pool, club house, etc). At the same time it is small and that keeps it quiet. She has a studio and a HUGE window which she loves. We will be moving her to a townhouse but she will miss the location and apartment.

We just moved our child into Savion Park and the apartment is wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean. I have moved kids into lots of apartments over years and the Savion park apartment was by far the most well cleaned apartment and the prettiest apartment we have ever moved our kids into. The apartment had beautiful tile floors and shower, granite countertops, and upgraded fixtures. The pond view is also fantastic. Our move-in agent, Diana, was very knowledgeable and friendly and made our move in process extremely pleasant. We highly recommend Savion Park without reservation!

Beautiful, spacious apartment; a solid choice for someone looking to live in a quieter area. Maintenance staff is friendly and prompt with work orders. Plenty of city parking spaces available now that road work on SW 6th St. is finished. Overall a little pricey but with Savion Park, you do get what you pay for.

The amenities are perfect, rooms are clean and spacious the staff is friendly and very attentive with their guest concerns this place is highly recommended..

Very impressed with how attentive the management company is for this property: going on three years now as a renter, we couldn’t be happier
