I Moved In Here Oct. 2025. Since Then Something Always Broke. My Ac Always Going Out. The Toilets Are Always Running Or Not Properly Flushing. You Can Never Get Management On The Phone! I’ve Been Without Since Feb 14th. Today Is Feb 20th, 2026. I’ve Been Calling And Submitted Work Orders. Maintenance Say They Will Fix It Next Day And Still Dont. I Have A Baby At Home That Cant Sleep Because He Is Too Hot. This Is Probably The Worst Mistake Moving Here.

PLEASE look at other complexes to live at. My children developed respiratory issues due to the air quality in the apartment. The maintenance would NOT clean the vents although its stated in the lease they are responsible for the duct cleaning. I would submit maintenance request and they would mark it as complete without coming out and actually doing the job. My children developed these issues are living here for 4 months and it continued for our entire year lease. We tried air purifier , breathing device, essential oils, saline sprays, this all would help, but due to the VERY POOR air quality the children still would suffer. When we would leave the house and visit family or go on trips the symptoms would go away. PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE , the move in deals and price is NOT worth it. *

I didn't get approved because I made too much money! Ok cool. Mercedes told me personally that I would get my $100 deposit back. I called back up there after a few weeks and she gave me a number to call shifting accountability for what she's telling people. She then said they have nothing to do with that part, of that's the case why is that your hook, line, and sinker when closing a deal? Now we're at 2 months and 2 weeks later and I still have not received my deposit back. With a little research I found 9 people who have not gotten their refund either. Smh

I recently moved into this apartment, and unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been horrible but far from acceptable. From day one, the unit was not up to my basic living standards. The Ac wasnt working, feat residue, walls needed painting, and other things. I submitted maintenance requests for the issues I noticed, but so far, no one has followed up or offered any help. This is extremely frustrating as a new tenant who expected a clean and move-in ready space. To make matters worse, even after pest control was done, I found dead bugs throughout the apartment. That alone tells me the job wasn’t done thoroughly, or the unit wasn’t properly prepared after treatment. It feels like no one truly cares until complaints go public—so here’s mine. I came to tour this apartment thinking it would be a smooth process since I got confirmation that I would have an agent led tour but to my dismay I was met with an empty and locked office. There was a note for FEDEX to come to an apartment 312 door so yes we went there because why is no one in the office if the sign says open and someone would be in the office until 6:30. Just to be met with the nastiest attitude as if we’re asking for too much to tour the apartment. If I wasn’t able to tour then don’t confirm an appointment, make it known the office is closed. There was an open sign but no one there??? So thank you whoever you were, because we got no name, we will not be inquiring about this place ever again and clearly from the reviews it was a mistake to even try.
